Automatically tag orders and customers based on any fields
Following our previous update in which we introduced Custom Product Rules, we have added Custom Order and Custom Customer rules to Smart Tags!
With these two new additions, we have now expanded Smart Tags beyond just tagging products.
Similar to Custom Product Rules, all of the order and customer fields are available for you to use to create your tag rules.
Important:
For some of our existing users, an upgrade to allow permissions to read/write orders and customers is required for the new features to work. Simply click “Upgrade permissions” to allow Smart Tags to have access to your orders and customers. No changes to your current plan will be made.
